MICHELLEWRITES

~GUEST BOOK~

I read this book cover to cover and couldn't put it down. Your strength is so admirable, your courage to go public even more. i love the way you were able to incorporate humor into such dark moments. Overall, I thought your book was wonderful and I would reccomend it to the entire population in order to be more educated about bipolar disorder and depression.

This book is "must reading" for anyone who wishes to have insight into the human suffering that is part of the diagnosis "bi-polar". It puts a name and a face to a label. The author skillfully conveyed the entire spectrum of emotions--from darkest despair, to frustration, hope, and even humor. Anyone who picks up this book will be enlightened.

To know ones mind is to know ones heart as well and yours is special. The writings and articles are so informative and if one dwells they will find a coralation to his own life and family expirences.

What an incredible journey. At times in the beginning I did not understand the link & affiliation to the title with the many diversions, but in the end it became evident: the manifestation of the genetics of this disease; the importance of family support; the irony between you & your father & most importantly, the happy spirited outgoing & fun loving person you are when not in the dread of this illness. This book needs more publication like the Oprah/Dr Phil shows or something. I wish I had the courage to put myself out there like you did because No one knows the pain. Thank you for opening doors for me. I hope you know how strong you are.
